One direction.
Heat wants to move from hot to cold. Every layer in an insulated vessel exists to make that journey slower. The final specification is confirmed on the approved sample.
The vacuum
A sealed gap removes the air that heat needs to travel through. A reflective lining can further reduce radiant heat transfer, depending on the model.
The seal
A silicone gasket compresses evenly and comes apart for cleaning. Leak performance is checked on the approved sample and during pre-shipment inspection.

Agree the spec. Then hold it.
The approved sample is the reference for mass production. Before the order, we confirm the model, capacity, material, finish, logo, lid and packing in writing.
During production, the same details are checked in process and again before shipment. If your market requires specific test records or documents, include that in the brief so we can confirm what is available for the program.
Questions, answered
The fine print.
Does the vacuum ever need recharging?
No. The vacuum is sealed during manufacturing and does not require maintenance. If the seal is damaged by a drop or improper cleaning, insulation performance can drop, which is why care instructions are confirmed with the sample.
Why hand wash instead of dishwasher?
High heat and detergent can degrade the silicone gasket and the finish over time. Hand washing with warm water and mild soap helps keep the seal and coating working longer.
Is the lid leakproof?
Leak performance depends on the lid design and the approved sample. We confirm the lid, gasket and test method with you before production, and check the agreed specification during inspection.
Can you provide test reports or compliance documents?
